Virginia Pilot Cars is a minority woman owned company. We live in and know the Tidewater Virginia area. We also know the country, having escorted clients in all of the lower 48 states.

Our Credentials

We carry $2 Million in Commercial Liability and $2 Million in Professional Liability (E&O) Insurance Policies. Our driver has a valid TWIC Credential and a retired Department of Defense Civilian Credential for access to Ports and Military Installations. Our vehicles each carry a $1 Million Commercial Insurance policy.

Our pilot cars are fully equipped with the latest technology in communications and mapping. Dual C.B. radios are used to monitor Channel 19 while we communicate on your primary channel. 
All of our "OVERSIZE LOAD" signs are highly reflective for night visibility.
